Master Chief Public Affairs Specialist P. J. Capelotti, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, serves in the Office of the Coast Guard Historian. In civilian life he is assistant professor of Anthropology at Penn State University Abington College. His most recent edited volume is Life and Death on the Greenland Patrol, 1942 (University Press of Florida, 2006).
