Lieutenant Kilmer graduated with a bachelor of science in cyber operations from the U.S. Naval Academy. In 2019, she completed her professional qualification as battle watch captain with Fleet Information Operations Center—Maryland (FIOC-MD). In 2020, she completed her professional qualifications in both cryptologic warfare and information warfare as a cryptologic warfare officer. Lieutenant (junior grade) Kilmer’s operational tours include service as a national cyber protection team lead where she completed two operational deployments to the EUCOM area of responsibility directly supporting two named Cyber Command operations. She currently serves as the cryptologic resource coordinator with Commander, Amphibious Squadron SEVEN out of San Diego, California.
