Michael Romero is a historical interpreter for Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia. He has immersed himself in Virginia’s rich maritime history and has interpreted as an 18th-century seaman since 2016. He has just begun work toward a master’s degree in military history with a concentration in the American Revolution.
