Major Cariello Noblit is a student at the Naval Postgraduate School pursuing a master’s in defense analysis–special operations and irregular warfare. His operational experiences include leading Marines as an infantry rifle platoon commander, combined antiarmor platoon commander, and Marine special operations team commander on deployments throughout Central Command, Pacific Command, and European Command.
