Captain Blaser is the base civil engineer at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. He has served in a variety of RED HORSE and Prime BEEF units during his assignments to Kadena Air Base Okinawa, Northwest Field Guam, and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida.
