Lieutenant Colonel Reynolds graduated from Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island in 1993 and served as a combat engineer for five years. He was commissioned in 1998. He has served for 11 years overseas and deployed as an embedded trainer for a year with the Afghanistan National Army. He holds a master’s in project management and has graduated from Air War College. He was a Secretary of Defense executive fellow at Microsoft and now serves as an acquisitions officer as the G-3/5 at Marine Corps Systems Command in Quantico, Virginia.
