Lieutenant Commander Seeger is the USS Kearsarge (LHD-3) intelligence officer. He received his bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice from Auburn University. In 2012, he graduated from the Naval Post Graduate School with a master’s degree in national security affairs, concentrating in far east studies
