Commander Le Pennec is studying at the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. As a surface warfare officer, he has served on frigates and destroyers around the globe and has significant experience in French carrier strike group deployments. In addition to national deployments, he participated in EU and NATO operations and worked with a U.S. carrier strike group. Before joining the Naval War College, he served as the military assistant to the French Chief of Navy Personnel.
