Lieutenant Colonel Morosoff is an artillery officer who found during his work in targeting, MAGTF operations, intelligence, and drafting doctrinal publications that the level of interoperability to which DoD aspires requires easy-to-understand and easy-to-access guidance on categorization. Since retiring, his work has provided him access to efforts, some of which employ AI, that benefit significantly from having easy access to sound guidance on categorization.
