Captain Froberg is the OPNAV liaison to the Royal Navy in London. He is a career E-2C/D Hawkeye and T-6A Texan II pilot, having served as the air officer for the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75) and in command of Training Squadron 10. He is currently studying artificial intelligence for business with the University of Oxford Saïd Business School and is a student with U.S. Naval Postgraduate School’s Artificial Intelligence for Military Use certificate program.
