Mr. Huminski is director of the Mike Rogers Center for Intelligence & Global Affairs at the Center for the Study of the Presidency & Congress, which focuses on key national security and foreign policy issues; a frequent commentator on national security, intelligence policy, and international relations; and a senior fellow at George Mason University’s National Security Institute and nonresident fellow at the Irregular Warfare Initiative.
