Commander Jonathan G. Odom, U.S. Navy, is a judge advocate currently serving as a military professor of law at the U.S. Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS). Previously, he served as the oceans policy advisor in the Office of the U.S. Secretary of Defense.
