Lieutenant Colonel Fritz is a career aircraft maintenance officer assigned as the 106th Rescue Wing’s Director of Staff. He received his commission from the Air Force ROTC program at Marquette University and served with the 718th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Kadena Air Base Japan before returning to the Air National Guard in 2006. A graduate of the Advanced Maintenance and Munitions Officer School and U.S. Army War College, he has deployed in support of Operations Northern Watch, Southern Watch, Enduring Freedom, Inherent Resolve, and Spartan Shield.
