Lieutenant Commander Landreth is a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve. In his civilian career, he is a professional engineer and member of the federal acquisition workforce, with tours supporting the Department of Homeland Security and the Naval Information Warfare Command. He is a 2008 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, earned a master’s degree in engineering from the University of South Carolina, and completed joint professional military education at the U.S. Naval War College.
