Ensign Bunyard is a member of the U.S. Naval Academy class of 2020, where he majored in political science and served as commodore of the yard patrol squadron. He will attend Carnegie Mellon University’s Master of Information Technology Strategy program this fall before his follow-on training in Pensacola, Florida, as a student naval aviator.
