Dr. Robins received his PhD from the University of Southern Mississippi. A professor of history and chair of the Department of History and Political Science at Georgia Southwestern State University, he is the author of the forthcoming book A Debt of Gratitude: How Jimmy Carter Put Vietnam Veterans’ Issues on the National Agenda.
