Lieutenant Colonel Sampson is an intelligence officer serving as a research fellow at ODNI’s National Intelligence University. He served with III Marine Expeditionary Force from 2014 to 2017 and previously completed three Marine expeditionary unit deployments in the western Pacific and Southwest Asia as a member of radio battalion detachments out of Hawaii.
