Lieutenant Commander Marsh graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2007 while concurrently earning a master of science from the University of Maryland. A P-3C Orion Weapons and Tactics Instructor, he currently serves at the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command Joint Reconnaissance Center.
