Senior Chief Underwood has been in the Navy for 19 years and has been on 13 deployments, including to Iraq and Afghanistan with special operations and on board the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76). He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in international politics.
