Commander Sattler is deputy chief in the Coast Guard’s Office of Legal Policy and Program Development. A career judge advocate and response officer, he has served afloat and ashore across the Pacific, Gulf, and Atlantic coasts. He is a graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, American Military University, and University of Miami School of Law.
