CDR Boland is a 2003 graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and holds a master of arts in military history from Norwich University. He has written three novels, Caribbean’s Keeper, Graves in the Sand, and Signal on the Hill, available through Warriors Publishing Group. He currently serves as a C-130J pilot in the U.S. Coast Guard and lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
