Lieutenant Naddell is the plans and tactics officer on board the USS Kidd (DDG-100) in Everett, Washington. Previously he served as an antisubmarine and antisurface warfare tactics instructor (ASW/SUW WTI) at the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center in San Diego, California.
