Lieutenant Commander Reed is a naval aviator with operational experience in the Indo-Pacific and Africa. He has logged 1,700 hours in the MH-60S and HH-60H and is currently serving as a department head at HSC-21. He holds degrees from the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and the University of Kansas.
