Major Ramsey is as an operational planner at Naval Amphibious Task Force 51/5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies, Naval Command and Staff College, and Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School. He holds a master of business administration and a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics.
