Lieutenant Commander Mueller is a submarine officer whose most recent sea duty was navigator/operations officer on board the USS Maryland (SSBN-738). He recently graduated from the Marine Corps University Command and Staff College, where he was a LtGen Victor H. Krulak Scholar in the Krulak Center for Innovation and Creativity.
