Colonel Wineberger is the deputy commander of the 106th Rescue Wing. He has varied experience, primarily in operations and maintenance, and has seen extensive overseas and domestic tours as a leader and rescue helicopter pilot. He is pursuing his doctor of executive leadership from the University of Charleston in West Virginia.
