Andre Rucker

Lieutenant Commander Rucker is a 2005 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and qualified in submarines on board the USS San Francisco (SSN-711) in 2009. He also served as the navigator on board the USS Scranton (SSN-756) from 2012 to 2015. In 2017, he transferred to the information professional community and is currently assigned as the information systems officer on board the USS Bataan (LHD-5). He has more than four years of shipyard experience.
