Sergeant Cheng has spent the past six years in the Indo-Pacific with III Marine Expeditionary Force (Okinawa, Japan) and I Marine Expeditionary Force (Camp Pendleton, California). He has deployed with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and has spent time assigned to Marine divisions, air wings, and information groups.
