Ensign Trevor Penwell, U.S. Navy, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in May. He majored in Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian studies, with minors in German and government. He selected surface warfare and will report to the USS Mustin (DDG-89) in Yokosuka, Japan.
