Lieutenant (junior grade) Dannelly is a cryptologic warfare officer serving at Fort Meade, Maryland. He has researched the effects of emerging technologies on organizations at the University of Cambridge, on the Gates Scholarship, and in the Management Science and Engineering Department at Stanford University.
