Modern naval warfare moves at a blistering pace. Naval commanders have a variety of ways to get ordnance quickly on target—but they do not have a readily available way to conduct tactical reconnaissance to select those targets or to survey battle damage. Increasing our ability to perform tactical reconnaissance is key to maximizing the capabilities of our offensive forces.
