CAPT Thomas E. Clarity, USN
Captain Clarity is the commanding officer of the United States Naval Academy Preparatory School. He served previously as a Joint Military Operations instructor at the Naval War College, operations officer on USS RONALD REAGAN (CVN 76), and as commanding officer of VAQ-131.
Captain Clarity holds a bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from Villanova University and a master’s degree in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College. He is a frequent contributor to Proceedings.
