The American Society of Naval Engineers and the U. S. Coast Guard are sponsoring a two-day patrol boat symposium 13-14 March 1986 at the' Sheraton Crystal City Hotel in Arlington, VA. Twenty-four papers on patrol boat design and operation will be presented. VAdm. Benedict L. Stabile, Vice Commandant, U. S. Coast Guard, will deliver the keynote address. The 1986 Newport-Bermuda race is

Associate Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the objectives of the Naval Institute. Membership dues are the same as for regular members.
