"He was a great story teller."
Wednesday, December 28, 2011
By: John S. Miller

I was lucky enough to have Rear Adm. Tolley as my friend, and to have him as a guest in my quarters, along with his wife. He was a great story teller. You should read his books, but that was nothing compared to sitting with him and listening to him. I have this picture. It is worth every penny.
