The passage of time and events of recent years have highlighted the need to update and provide some added definition in the Naval Institute’s Constitution and Bylaws. We have been working through a long and deliberate drafting and review process with the Board of Directors and have conducted two face-to-face Member reviews to gain feedback. We are now at the point where we are ready to post a draft revision of our Constitution and Bylaws to provide all Members the opportunity to review and comment.
