Dr. Todd T. Holm is an instructional system instructor for the Marine Corps University’s Expeditionary Warfare School in Quantico, Virginia. He served six years in the South Dakota Army National Guard as a combat engineer and holds a Ph.D. in organizational communication and instructional communication from Ohio University.
