NATO-led airstrike hits Libyan rebels, kills 13

A NATO airstrike has killed four civilians and nine rebels outside the oil port of Brega in eastern Libya, which is contested by Gadhafi loyalists and rebel forces. NATO has said it is investigating the deaths.
