Commentary: The Nation Needs the MV-22

On 8 April, our nation suffered the loss of 19 United States Marines in the crash of an MV-22 Osprey aircraft. These young men are mourned by their loved ones and friends, and by citizens throughout the country. The Marine Corps is a family, joined by common values and shared experience, and the grief of this loss is deeply felt by all who have worn our uniform.
