Ensign Carlos R. Rosende, U.S. Navy, is a 2012 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, where he majored in history and served on the editorial staff of Reef Points, the midshipmen’s handbook. Harold Lee Wise is an adjunct history instructor and a graduate of the College of the Albemarle, East Carolina University, and Sam Houston State University.
