Editors at Naval History , Proceedings , and the Naval Institute Press recently took a break from checking grammar to discuss our favorite World War II books and movies. During the subsequent free-flowing conversation, topics ranged from whether The Longest Day or A Bridge Too Far is Cornelius Ryan's best book, to Clint Eastwood's anachronistic late-'60s hairstyle in Where Eagles Dare .
