Thomas A. Donovan

Mr. Donovan delivered an expanded version of this article for his father in an address to a reunion of the Covered Wagon Association, veterans of the USS Langley. Incidentally, after the war, Thomas Donovan Sr. incorporated many of the designs he created as a prisoner of the Japanese into a home he built in Lincoln, Nebraska.
