Representative Harold Rogers

Representative Rogers (R-KY) has been a member of the U.S. House of Representatives since 1980. He has been on the Committee on Appropriations since 1983 and is currently the Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Homeland Security, serving as its founding Chairman from 2003-07.
