Rebecca Grant
Dr. Grant is President of IRIS Independent Research, a defense consulting firm in Washington, DC. Admiral Nathman, a naval aviator, recently retired after 37 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy including service as Vice Chief of Naval Operations and Commander, Fleet Forces Command. Dr. Thompson is chief operating officer of the Lexington Institute, a nonprofit, nonpartisan public-policy research organization focused on national security and other areas of federal policy.
