Lt. Cdr. Benjamin Armstrong, USN, is a 1999 Naval Academy graduate and naval aviator. His writing has appeared in Proceedings and the Infinity Journal.  Currently he is a MPhil/PhD candidate with the Department of War Studies at Kings College, London.
