Intelligence Specialist First Class Melissa R. Milich

Petty Officer Milich is assigned to Naval Reserve Unit ONI 0194 in California. She presently is on assignment at the Pentagon. She is the author of several children's books, including Homer's Luck (Peterborough, UK: GMS Enterprises, 2000). She has been selected for a limited duty officer commission and will pin on ensign bars in May 2001.
