Mr. Ruggero is a former Army infantry officer and the author of Combat Jump (New York: HarperCollins, 2003), about the airborne invasion of Sicily in World War II, and Duty First: A Year in the Life of West Point and the Making of American Leaders (New York: HarperCollins, 2001). A sought-after speaker on leadership for business audiences, he is currently working on a book about the 82nd Airborne Division at Normandy.
