Commander Ward Carroll

Commander Carroll is recently retired from the Navy and is a frequent contributor to Proceedings. He was named Naval Institute Press Author of the Year in 2001 for his novel Punk's War. A sequel, On Punk's Wing, will be published by Penguin-Putnam in spring 2003.
