Captain Chuck Nygaard

Captain Nygaard is commanding officer of the USS Vicksburg and the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group's air defense commander. Previously he served as Strategic Operations Division chief and deputy director for operations in the National Military Command Center on the Joint Staff.
